Job Description
Receives and transfers incoming calls to appropriate parties. A minimum of 1 year of front desk, concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience is preferred. Provides coordination and support for delivery of workplace services like Concierge, Reception, Switchboard, Room Management. As part of a “front-of-house” team, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and.
