Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, while progress providing them with status report. Build and optimize recruiting processes in partnership with the Recruiting Manager to increase greater process efficiency, cost savings and quality of candidates. May travel to different sites as needed. Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience,. To be considered for this job, it is best if you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
