Job Description
License Certification :*No. CRM messages, telephone encounters, referrals, APeX in-baskets, scanning, scheduling, filing, authorizations, and billing. 2nd calls in CRM if applicable. She adheres to the UCSF House and Telephone Standards and is sensitive to the needs of patients, staff and providers at all times. Having at least one to two years of experience in a related field is highly desirable for this position.
