Organization Development and Learning Specialist, Consultant
Job Description
Own end-to-end program management for leadership development programs, including analyzing learning needs, designing program strategies, developing learning content, delivering programs, and evaluating program outcomes. Ability to understand stakeholder needs, ask the right questions, conduct root cause analysis, use data to develop a point of view and customize deliverables to stakeholder needs. Prior experience in this field is highly desired, with a minimum of one to two years preferred.
