Job Description

Manage the relationship with the leased services providers for mail, copy, facilities, reception and café services and coordinate onsite work with leased services teams as needed. Raise any unexpected costs or budget overages with appropriate parties and present options for possible event adjustments. Oversee and communicate event set up and logistical requirements with all necessary teams. To be considered for this position, it is recommended that you have at least one to two years of experience in a related field.
