Job Description
Use of personal vehicle and proof of valid California Driver's License and current auto insurance, along with a clean DMV record, is required. Sweep, mop, and vacuum residents’ rooms, laundry rooms or common areas. Maintain cleanliness of offices, residents’ rooms, and community areas, including all bathrooms and floors. Replace light bulbs or inform the Maintenance Technician of the need for bulb. If you have the required qualifications and experience, you can confidently apply online and submit your CV.
