Job Description
BA degree in social services, psychology, or a related field. Develop client exit survey and case summary to support outcomes and program analysis. Understanding of coordinated entry system. This position evaluates client needs and develops a service plan to approximately 25 - 30 active clients. To increase your chances of being selected for this job, it is best to have at least one to two years of experience in the industry.
